§ 89. Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the fact that during the last war when the Nazis purported to establish illegal governments on the majority of peoples in occupied territories the British Government assisted in establishing temporary governments in exile, he will initiate discussions to set up a Government for Rhodesia temporarily based in London.
