Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what international steps have been or are intended to be taken following the meeting of the International Civil Aviation Organisation against countries in which criminals intend to blow up civilians in civil aircraft, and who have not outlawed such criminals; and what international meetings have now been arranged to deal with piracy and murder in the air.
§ Mr. FoleyThe Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (I.C.A.O.) are arranging for an Extraordinary Assembly of the Organisation to meet on 16th June in Montreal. Its aim will be to improve the security of civil aviation by international co-operation.
