§ Mr. RichardMembers of the University Officers' Training Corps are provided with two suits of battle dress. Combat 227W dress is normally available for loan to O.T.C. contingents for training and other exercises with the Regular Army. It is sometimes possible to provide No. 2 dress on loan for special occasions.
