Mr. Moonman

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many children per 10,000 population were made subject to a fit person order in the constituency of Billericay and the county of Essex, respectively, during 1968.

87 children in Essex in the year ended 31st March, 1969. representing 2.6 per 10,000 of the population under the age of eighteen. 11 of these children were resident in the constituency of Billericay. We have no information as to the under-18 population of the constituency.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many children per 10,000 population were made subject to a fit person order in the constituency of Bradford, West and the city of Bradford, respectively, during 1968.
