asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what sanctions or disciplines he imposes on firms which decline to adhere to his policy of voluntary restrictions on investment in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

I am glad to say that no firms have declined to co-operate in the voluntary programme.
