§ Mr. John SilkinMy main programme for cleaning public buildings is at present restricted to London and Edinburgh. We spent £28,000 in London and nothing in Edinburgh in 1968–69 and will be spending about £25,000 in London and £18,000 in Edinburgh in 1969–70.
