asked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications what is the average age of the members of the Wireless Telegraphy Tribunal; what are the ages of the youngest and the oldest members of the tribunal, respectively; and what provision exists for the removal of members from the tribunal on the grounds of age or incapacity.

Mr. Stonehouse

The average age is 60; the youngest member is 53 years of age and the oldest 75. Provision for the removal of members from the tribunal on the grounds of incapacity is contained in the Second Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1949.
