Mr. Lane

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science how many places in maintained and non-maintained special schools are available for children under five in the following categories, blind, partially sighted, deaf, partially hearing, physically handicapped, delicate, maladjusted educationally subnormal, epileptic, and speech defect.
