§ Mr. Eadieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the bodies he intends to consult in connection with his proposal to give police powers to prosecute in instances where electricity or any other power is being overcharged to sub-tenants or caravan dwellers.
§ Mr. RossConsultations are being begun with the electricity and gas boards, the associated consultative councils, the local authority associations, and the appropriate consumer advice organisations about proposals for dealing with over-charging.
