§ 64. Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, in the light of increased discrimination against the African population of Rhodesia, he will propose further measures for the strengthening of sanctions.
§ Mr. FoleyI share my hon. Friend's concern at the increasing discrimination against the African population of Southern Rhodesia. We are continually seeking, in consultation with the United Nations Sanctions Supervisory Committee and the Commonwealth Sanctions Committee, ways and means of strengthening sanctions.
