HC Deb 02 March 1970 vol 797 cc33-4W
Mr. Leslie Huckfield

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what is his policy on the question of extradition of foreign nationals accused or indicted of acts of air terrorism or hijacking involving British aircraft or committed on British soil.

Mr. Elystan Morgan

If there were evidence justifying prosecution for an extraditable offence triable in the United Kingdom, action to secure the surrender of the accused for trial would be considered in the light of the relevant provisions of extradition law.
