§ Mr. Thomas Coxasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department in view of the complaints made by people living in the Wandsworth, Central constituency who at the recent General Election found their names had not been included on the Electoral Register, if he will take steps to ensure that people eligible to register on the 1971 Electoral Register are made aware of their entitlement.
