§ Mr. WoodHer Majesty's Government have offered the Government of Tunisia an interest-free loan of £246,000, linked to British goods and services, to assist in the establishment of a radio-telephone link in Central and Southern Tunisia. The loan is being made available as second-stage disaster aid after the 1969 floods, and will be drawn in the financial years 1971–72 and 1972–73.
