Mr. Bob Brownasked the Prime Minister if he will co-ordinate the work of the Minister for the Civil Service, the Minister of Technology and the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity with a view to providing additional employment in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, West constituency and making full use of the purpose-built complex of buildings provided for the Land Commission headquarters.
