HC Deb 23 July 1970 vol 804 c233W
Mr. Mulley

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the urgency of a decision on the future of British United Airways, in view of the need to conclude arrangements for inclusive tour contracts and resolve the uncertainty created for its staff; and, in view of the wishes of both the shareholders and employees to accept the proposed merger with the British Overseas Airways Corporation, if he will now approve it.
