§ Mrs. Kellettasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, when framing his regulations under the National Insurance (Old Persons and Widows' Pensions and Attendance Allowance) Bill when it has become law, he will ensure that no one who has been granted an attendance allowance will lose it by reason of being admitted for one day per week to a day centre, even though such centre may be attached to or run in conjunction with Part 3 accommodation.
§ Mr. DeanYes. I should add that it is not intended that anyone attending a day centre, however regularly, will lose the allowance on that account.
