asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make a statement on his recent discussions with the Shah of Persia concerning British troops in the Persian Gulf and related matters.

Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on his talks with the Shah of Iran; and what representations were made by the Shah regarding the withdrawal of British troops from the Persian Gulf.
