§ Mr. SharplesThe recommendation has been referred by the Ministers' Deputies in Strasbourg to the International Committee of the Red Cross with a view to further consideration by the Ministers' Deputies at a later date. The Government will be prepared to consider an appropriate course of action when the recommendation is referred to it.
