§ Mr. Anthony RoyleIf the hon. Member is referring to Mr. Geoffrey Bing, I know of the allegation to which he refers. Mr. Bing's representatives were told in February 1968 that Her Majesty's Government had done everything they usefully could do on Mr. Bing's behalf. But I have a report that the money in question has been refunded to Mr. Bing's account.
