§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Minister of Technology whether he will publish in HANSARD the provisions of the Anglo-French agreement on the Concorde project which set out the liability of Her Majesty's Government to the French Government in the event of Her Majesty's Government unilaterally cancelling the project, and the provisions which enable any counter-claim and set-off to be made.
