§ 39. Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make a statement concerning Anglo-Cypriot relations and British policy towards neighbouring states which are members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation.
§ Mr. GodberWe maintain close and friendly relations with Cyprus, whose independence and unity we support. Her Majesty's Government's policy is to co-operate with all members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation in pursuance of the aims of the Alliance.
