§ Mr. GodberWe remain determined to uphold security in the Mediterranean area. We look forward to a settlement of the Arab/Israel dispute based on Security Council Resolution 242 of November, 1967. Many of the ideas contained in Resolution No. 446 of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe are acceptable to us.
