§ 82. Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has received from the Scottish Trade Union Congress about the United Kingdom's entry to the European Economic Community; and what reply he proposes to give.
§ Mr. BarberI have received a letter from the Scottish Trades Union Congress enclosing a copy of a resolution passed at this year's congress about British entry into the European Communities.
In my reply I shall be re-iterating that it remains the policy of Her Majesty's Government to work for full membership of the Communities on terms which are fair for all.
