HC Deb 13 July 1970 vol 803 cc123-4W
75. Mr. Edwin Wainwright

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will take steps to increase the £1 of other incomes which are disregarded when calculating supplementary pensions paid to people over pension age to £1 10s.

Mr. Dean

The disregards are and will be kept under review, but the Government have no proposals at present for increasing the amount of "other income" now disregarded in calculating entitlement to supplementary pensions.
