§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what are the types of property and existing facilities which she will take over when the Education (Handicapped Children) Bill becomes law.
§ Mrs. ThatcherI shall not take over either property or facilities. Local education authorities will take over such property and facilities as junior training centres, some parts of all-age training centres, special care in units, and possibly some hostels.
