§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if she will list in the OFFICIAL REPORT the properties, together with numbers catered for, within the London Borough of Brent which will be transferred from the central government to the educational authority on the day appointed for the operation of the Education (Handicapped Children) Bill.
§ Mr. van StraubenzeeDecisions on such matters must depend on Parliamentary approval of the Bill and on subsequent consultation with the Authority concerned.
