§ Mr. PeytonMy Department will be in touch with the Forth Ports Authority shortly with regard to their application for loan and grant in respect of this scheme. As the hon. Member will know, I have just presented a Bill to repeal the limit in Section 13 of the Harbours Act, 1964, on the total of loans and grants which can be made under Sections 11 and 12 of that Act, and provide a new limit for loans under Section 11.
