Mr. Geraint Morganasked the Secretary of State for Wales whether, and 48W when, he intends to extend the existing range of Medresco Hearing Aids provided in Wales under the National Health Service by adding thereto the new improved body-worn hearing aid OL66.
§ Mr. Gibson-WattPrototypes of the OL66 have been accepted and arrangements for field trials are in hand. Subject to the result of the trials and successful bulk production it is hoped that the aid will be available for priority classes throughout the United Kingdom towards the end of 1971.
