HC Deb 26 January 1970 vol 794 c259W
Mr. Wall

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he will make a statement regarding the operation and safety of the fishing fleet in Icelandic waters during the winter months.

Mr. Mason

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave him on 10th December last. On average, 19 British trawlers have been operating in Icelandic waters this winter. So far, the "Orsino" has advised trawlers to take shelter on seven occasions.—[Vol. 793, c. 128.]
