§ Mr. Geoffrey Lloydasked the Minister of Transport what is his policy in regard to the opening of meetings of public trans- 220W port authorities to the public; and whether he will take steps to ensure, if necessary, by an order under Section 5, Part III, paragraph 6, of the Transport Act 1968, that where the subjects of discussion are matters of a concern to the public, such as fares, the public and Press are permitted to be present during discussions held before decisions are reached.
