§ Mr. VarleyInquiries concerning the possible establishment of a technological centre for Wales were first received from the City Planning Officer for Cardiff on 6th January, 1969. Discussions have continued since then, including a recent meeting at Cardiff between interested parties and officials on 13th January, 1970.
