asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to publish the report of the committee studying the effect on commercial subjects of the 1966 rates revaluation.

Mr. Ross

I hope to have the Committee's Report in the spring.

Mr. Younger

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what was the average change in rates in 1969–70 for commercial and industrial, and domestic subjects, respectively.
