§ Mr. CrossmanThe White Paper on Productivity, Prices and Incomes Policy after 1969 provides for increases outside the normal range in certain circumstances, and in the Government's view the pay of nurses is a special case calling for the exceptional increase offered by the Management Side of the Nurses and Midwives Whitley Council.
