Osbornasked the Minister of Overseas Development if she will tabulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT details of the British aid programme in 1969, and the equivalent figures for each of the previous five years, indicating the total value of multilateral and bilateral aid, and the amounts of loans and grants and expressing the total of public and private aid, respectively, and in total, as a percentage of the gross national product.
