§ Mr. BuchanThe Brucellosis (Accredited Herds) Scheme, which is the essential preliminary to eradication, already provides benefits to farmers who rid their herds of this disease. As my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture indicated in his reply on 10th December to the hon. Member for North Angus and Mearns (Mr. Buchanan-Smith) and the hon. and gallant Member for Lewes (Sir T.
