asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will give, in regard to Part 2 of the Northumberland Committee Report on the outbreak of Foot-and-Mouth Disease in 1967–1968, details of (i) the recommendations which they have carried out; (ii) those which they propose to implement; and (iii) those which still remain under consideration.
