§ Mr. HoyThe cost of extracting detailed figures would be excessive, but it is estimated that subsidy payments in respect of boats normally landing at Cornish ports are running at about £60,000 a year, of which a little over two-thirds is in respect of boats normally landing at Newlyn.
§ Mr. Nottasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the total value of grants and loans made through the White Fish Authority for boats and equipment to the Cornish fishing industry and to fishermen operating from Newlyn/Penzance during the past four years.
