HC Deb 26 February 1970 vol 796 cc416-7W
Sir G. de Freitas

asked the Secretary of State for Local Government and Regional Planning what complaints he received last week on the pollution of rivers and the killing of thousands of fish by industrial effluent discharged into Willow Brook by Stewarts and Lloyds of Corby, Northamptonshire.

Mr. Denis Howell

I have been asked to reply.

Neither of my right hon. Friends—the Secretary of State and the Minister of Housing and Local Government—have received any complaints about the incident.
