Mr. Prenticeasked the Minister of Overseas Development how soon she will announce the total of official aid and private investment flows to developing countries for the calendar year 1969; and whether she estimates that these will form a larger or smaller percentage of gross national product than in 1968.
§ Mrs. HartProvisional figures of official aid are expected to be available in early March. Estimates of private flows may not be ready until April. I cannot estimate percentages of G.N.P. until the out-turn figures are known.
