HC Deb 17 February 1970 vol 796 c95W
Q8. Mr. Dalyell

asked the Prime Minister if he will make a statement on his discussions with President Nixon on pollution.

The Prime Minister

My talks with President Nixon ranged over a number of environmental problems facing modern industrial societies, including pollution. We agreed that our two countries should continue to keep very closely in touch over this whole range of questions; and that we should co-operate in the United Nations and in the other appropriate international organisations.
