Mr. William Priceasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the Ministry of Technology's overall responsibility for technical problems and developments in industry, he will transfer Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate and associated services from the Department of Employment and Productivity to the Ministry of Technology.
