§ Dr. Ernest A. DaviesThe licensing agreement between N.R.D.C. and the Tokai Electrode Company has been entered into to strengthen the patent position of N.R.D.C. and its licensees in the United Kingdom and United States of America and is strictly limited to patents covering carbon fibre manufacture; it does not therefore cover know-how or carbon fibre applications. The Tokai Company has rights to manufacture and sell in Japan only; countries where N.R.D.C. has filed patents are excluded.
