HC Deb 12 February 1970 vol 795 c386W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what happened regarding the police report on two motorists pausing for three minutes outside an address in North London, details of which have been supplied to him.

Mr. Elystan Morgan

In both cases fixed penalty notices were issued. In one the penalty was paid; in the other it was declined and the motorist was later fined £1. Copies of both notices have been retained for the present.
