101. Mr. Chapman

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects to reach a conclusion in his negotiations with Westminster Hospital about the future of Hopkinson House.

As owners of Hopkinson House the Board of Governors of Westminster Hospital have asked the District Valuer to defer making a valuation until some recent improvements have been completed. Once the District Valuer's report is received negotiations should take about three months.
