§ 77. Mr. Oramasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if, in view of the improvement in economic circumstances, he will now bring into force Part II of the Caravan Sites Act 1969.
§ Mr. GreenwoodThe Secretary of State for Wales and I will be making an Order very shortly, as stated in my reply to the hon. Member for Orpington (Mr. Lubbock) on 27th January. It will bring Part II of the Act into operation on 1st April, 1970.—[Vol. 794, c. 312.]
