Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government how many Manchester householders have been granted rate rebates in each year since the scheme became operative; what has been the average rebate in each of these years; and how these figures compare with individual rate relief allowed to Manchester householders under the Rating (Interim Relief) Act, which came into effect in the first half of 1964.
