asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs on how many occasions in the past three years has the British representative in the Security Council voted in favour, against, or abstained on resolutions concerning alleged military incursions by Portuguese forces against the territory of member states of the United Nations in Africa; and what were the dates of these resolutions.
