Mr. William Price

asked the Minister of Transport (1) how many fatal and serious accidents have occurred at the junction of the A45 and the A423, Oxford Road, near Coventry, during the past five years;

(2) when a flyover will be provided on the A45 at the junction with the A423, Oxford Road, near Coventry.

We hope to start work on the flyover in 1971. Accidents at the A45-A423 junctions were:
