§ Mr. Laurance Reedasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will direct the attention of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution to the problem of discharge of fly-ash off the Durham coast, as a result of which only 30 per cent. of the species recorded there 100 years ago now survive, and invite their recommendations for remedying the situation.
§ Mr. Peter WalkerI will consult the Commission as to the possibility of a study by them of marine pollution.
