§ Mr. Graham PageIt is the statutory duty of all local authorities under Section 15 of the Act to have regard to the desirability of appointing persons with relevant experience to committees concerned with matters in which the chronically sick or disabled have special needs. The attention of authorities was drawn to this by paragraph 37 of the circular issued on 17th August, 1970.
